ZOODLES “PASTA” SALAD
WHAT YOU NEED:
3 zucchini- cut into zoodles (noodles) using a zoodle cutter.
1 green bell pepper finely chopped
1/2 white onion finely chopped
3 stalks celery finely chopped
3 sprigs fresh basil finely chopped
Fresh dill to taste
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Fresh dill to taste
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Mix all ingredients together, keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
