For Every Action….



For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Yes, this is Newton’s third law of motion, however I also like to think of this as a law of life. Every decision we make has an outcome, sometimes the outcome is going to be what we expected and other times its going to be the complete opposite. Every action we make. Every thought we think. Every breathe we take has a reaction to it. We have all taken actions were the reaction was the opposite of what we expected. We have all made poor decisions which have had negative outcomes. We have all done things which we regret and if we could back in time we would make sure those events never happened. Since we can’t go back and prevent them from happening, we need to learn and grow from those actions which gave us the opposite reaction. We need to forgive ourselves for the choice we made at the time and move forward. At that moment in time, we thought it was the right decision to make or we weren’t thinking at all and being carefree. Whatever, the reason may be we can’t beat ourselves up over it and more importantly we can’t let others beat us up over it either. So today, I ask you to look back at the choices you’ve made were you truly hurt someone, and I want you to forgive yourself for it. Write an apology letter to yourself. I want you to look back at a time when you were hurt in away you never thought was possible and I want you to forgive that person. Again, write an apology letter to this person. Release all the pain and angry which you feel towards this person. No one is prefect. We are all learning and growing together. So lets forgive together because life is too short to waste time on being mad at someone when you should be cherishing the time you have together.

I Wonder….

On a daily basis I wonder what life would be like if this amazing opportunity hadn’t came into my life. I wonder if I didn’t responded to a Craiglist ad and looked more into this whole "coaching" thing where I would be. I was at a crossroads in my life, I was in the process of a life change and needed more. I needed something which was going to make me feel more like myself and to continue to make my health a priority....NEVER in a million years did I imagine creating a career of this and never did I think I would get to impact other people's lives for a living through working out and living healthy myself. Never did I think this was how I was going to keep a promise to college professor who past away. Never did I think it would help me really take my health seriously because I knew others needed me to show them how possible it is to live healthy, workout, juggle what life throws at you and even on top of that struggling with health issues. I wasn't your picture perfect candidate to become a coach...didn't have perfect health and wasn't in amazing shape. But I jumped in anyway and built my wings on the way down, was is scary HELL YEAH but I learned and helped others as the days passed. As a "coach "- I am not an expert or do I know it all...I'm an expert at MY journey though and what I’ve been through. I share and inspire through what I'm doing on a daily basis...it's the most AMAZING job on the planet... Lol I'm totally convinced of that....

Persistent, Consistent



If you are persistent, you will get there. But if you are consistent, you will keep it anything worth achieving takes WORK it takes effort. Whether it's been fitness, business, faith, or my family you have to focus on those things. They have to be something you think about when you wake up and when you go to bed. You won't achieve anything if you don't FOCUS on it! So if you want something, write it down, focus on it, think about it daily. Make decisions based around those goals and I promise you, if you are persistent you will get there! It's only a matter of time!
